Combine: In the gym or at home you can use short dumbbells for muscle building, training of biceps, shoulders and chest. The weight discs are freely combined and easy to increase or reduce (you can set the weights of 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 kg). The halter rod is 35 cm, diameter of the barbell rod: 3 cm, barbell rod each 2.5 kg. 4 x 2.5 kg, 4 x 1.25 kg, 2 dumbbell rods and 4 star screws. Material: plastic coated weight discs are environmentally friendly and odorless. The halter rod was tested by TãœV Rheinland in accordance with the REACH Regulation (EU no. 1907/2006).
